Job summary

Elara Caring is hiring a Registered Nurse Home Health in Indiana to deliver high-quality nursing care in patients' homes. You will assess needs, perform ongoing evaluations, and educate families while adhering to physician orders and HIPAA guidelines.

Candidates must hold an active RN license, with at least one year of clinical nursing experience; Home Health experience is preferred and the role requires reliable transportation to travel between patient homes.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Certificate/Diploma/AS/BSN).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Home Health experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move equipment.
• Valid drivers license or reliable transport for travel between homes.

As a Registered Nurse Home Health, you'll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• Assessing patients to determine their care needs.

What is Required?

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
