Job summary

Elara Caring in Texas seeks a Registered Nurse Home Health to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in the home setting. You will assess needs, implement plans of care, and educate families, collaborating with the care team to ensure safety and quality.

A valid RN license and 1+ year of clinical experience are required; Home Health experience preferred but not required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have reliable transportation.

As a Registered Nurse Home Health, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

What is Required?

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
