Job summary

Elara Caring in Michigan seeks a Registered Nurse Home Health to assess patients, complete initial and ongoing assessments, provide nursing care per the plan of care, and educate patients and families on care and safety.

A valid state RN license and 1+ year of clinical nursing experience are required; home health experience is preferred but not required. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and driving between patient homes.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate).
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned locations.

What is Required
