Job summary

Greens at Gastonia is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nursing team. We offer Full-Time and Part-Time roles with weekend availability, a $10,000 sign-on bonus plus a $1,000 bonus if hired at the Oct 12 job fair, and on-site interviews.

Walk-ins welcome during the RN Job Fair on October 12 from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM at 969 Cox Rd, Gastonia, NC 28054. You’ll support residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team in a stable scheduling environment.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• Active CPR certification.
• Weekend availability required.
• Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor and document changes in resident condition.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and standards of care.
• Help maintain a positive and supportive environment for residents and team members.
