Job summary

Greens at Gastonia is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team on a full-time or part-time basis. Weekend availability is required, and we offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus (plus an additional $1,000 if hired at the Oct 12 job fair) to eligible applicants.

Walk-ins welcome at the LPN Job Fair on October 12, 10:30 AM–4:00 PM at 969 Cox Rd, Gastonia, NC 28054. Come meet the team and interview on the spot.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered LPN license.
• Active CPR certification.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor and document changes in resident condition.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and standards of care.
• Help maintain a positive and supportive environment for residents and team members.
