Greens at Gastonia is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team in Gastonia, NC. We are hiring for full-time and part-time roles, with weekend availability required.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus plus an additional $1,000 if hired during the Oct 12 job fair is offered and a sign-on event will be held onsite. Meet us on October 12th from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM at 969 Cox Rd, Gastonia, NC 28054 for on-the-spot interviews.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Active CPR certification.
• Weekend availability required.
• Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor and document changes in resident condition.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and standards of care.
• Help maintain a positive and supportive environment for residents and team members.
