Onboarding Process: Candidates must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment health screening, including a drug screen.
Position Summary: This role provides direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients per shift and at the unit level. It includes supervising staff to whom care is delegated. The role supports the CNO in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, maintaining staff competency, and managing resources related to patient care. The nurse should have effective interpersonal and communication skills, serving as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession.
Qualifications:
Education:
Required: Graduation from a state-approved or accredited nursing school.
Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
Certifications:
Required: Current license, certification, or registration to practice as required by law or policy; CPR certification.
