Position Summary:

This role involves providing direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients. The RN will supervise staff to whom care is delegated and support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, staff competency, and resource management. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential to serve as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession.

Onboarding Process: Candidates must complete a background check and pre-employment health screening, including a drug screen.

Qualifications:

• Required: Graduation from a state-approved or accredited nursing school.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.

Certifications:

• Required: Valid license, certification, or registration to practice nursing as mandated by law, regulation, or policy; CPR certification.
