Onboarding Process: Candidates must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment health screening, including a drug screen.

Position Summary: This role involves providing direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients per shift and at the unit level. The nurse will supervise staff to whom care is delegated. The role supports the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, maintaining staff competency, and managing resources effectively. The nurse should possess effective interpersonal and communication skills and serve as a role model and advocate for nursing.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Required: Graduation from a state-approved or accredited nursing school.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.

Certifications:

  • Required: Current license, certification, or registration to practice as required by law or regulation; CPR certification.
