Position Summary:

Under supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN is responsible for a group of residents/patients during a shift. Responsibilities include assessment, care plan implementation, evaluation, ensuring safety, supervising nursing assistants, and adhering to policies and standards of care, including the State Nurse Practice Act and JCAHO standards where applicable.

Minimum Requirements:

• Licensed in Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to operate necessary supplies and equipment
• Ability to calculate drug dosages
• Meet all health requirements by law
• Effective communication with residents, families, staff, and community members
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding)
• Basic computer skills with aptitude to learn company applications
• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
