Job summary

North Shore Health in Monroe is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide high-quality, resident-centered care. The RN will assess, implement, and evaluate plans of care for a group of residents during shifts, ensuring safety and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and CPR certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing preferred; new graduates welcome with training.
• Ability to calculate medication dosages and use nursing equipment.
• Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and ability to meet all legal health requirements.
• Compassion for older adults and a team-first, accountable approach.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients during a shift.
• Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.
