Job summary

North Shore Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) in Superior, Wisconsin, to join our resident-centered care team. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care under supervision, coordinate with the unit team, and support clinical excellence across shifts with competitive pay and flexible scheduling.

Summary:

Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients during a shift. Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.

Who We’re Looking For

• Active RN license and current CPR certification
• Compassion for older adults and a team-first, accountable approach
• Ability to calculate medication dosages and use standard nursing equipment
• Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and ability to meet all legal health requirements
• Skilled nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome with training and support
