Job summary

Hamilton Health Services is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Wisconsin care teams, delivering resident-centered nursing care and coordinating with a supportive clinical staff.

Under supervision of Unit Manager/ADON/DON, you’ll assess, implement, and evaluate plans of care, with opportunities to grow within a large post-acute care network. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive wages, benefits for full-time and part-time staff, and shift differentials for PM/NOC.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and CPR certification.
• Compassion for older adults with a team-first attitude.
• Ability to calculate medications and use nursing equipment.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills; meet health requirements.
• Geriatric nursing experience preferred; new grads welcome with training.

Responsibilities

Summary:

Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients during a shift. Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.

• Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and ability to meet all legal health requirements
