Position Details

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Lancaster, WI. Wages are up to $49.25 per hour, based on shift and experience. We are currently hiring for PM and NOC shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide nursing care to residents under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON.
• Assess, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Maintain standards of care and ensure resident safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and helpers.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and legal requirements, including the State Nurse Practice Act and JCAHO standards where applicable.

Minimum Requirements

• Current RN license in the state.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to operate necessary supplies and equipment.
• Ability to calculate drug dosages.
• Meet health requirements as mandated by law.
• Effective communication skills and positive interaction with residents, families, and staff.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Basic computer skills and aptitude for learning company applications.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment; post-acute care experience preferred.
