Job Summary

Under supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN is responsible for a group of residents/patients per shift. Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, implementation, evaluation, and supervision of nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and standards including the State Nurse Practice Act and JCAHO where applicable.

Minimum Requirements

• Current RN license in Wisconsin
• CPR certification
• Ability to use nursing supplies and equipment
• Ability to calculate drug dosages
• Meet health requirements by law
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic computer skills and aptitude for learning company applications
• Experience in a fast-paced environment; post-acute care experience preferred
