**Position Summary:**
Under supervision, the RN manages a group of residents/patients, providing assessment, care planning, and evaluation. The role involves ensuring safety, supervising nursing staff, and adhering to policies and standards, including the State Nurse Practice Act and JCAHO standards where applicable.

**Requirements:**

• Current RN license in the state
