We are seeking dedicated RNs to join our team at Plymouth Health Services, a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation in the community. As part of North Shore Healthcare, the largest post-acute provider in the Upper Midwest, we operate 70 skilled nursing and assisted living centers across Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, and North Dakota.

Position Summary:

Under supervision, the RN is responsible for a group of residents/patients per shift, providing assessment, care planning, and evaluation. The RN ensures safety, manages the environment, supervises care staff, and adheres to all policies and standards, including the State Nurse Practice Act and JCAHO standards where applicable.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state
• CPR certification
• Ability to operate necessary supplies and equipment
• Ability to calculate drug dosages
• Meet health requirements
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic computer skills and aptitude for learning company applications
• Experience in a fast-paced environment; post-acute care experience preferred
