Position Summary

The RN, under supervision, is responsible for a group of residents/patients during a shift, providing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN manages the environment to ensure safety and supervises nursing assistants and helpers, adhering to policies, procedures, and state regulations.

Minimum Requirements

• Licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to use necessary medical supplies and equipment
• Ability to calculate drug dosages
• Meet all health requirements by law
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic computer knowledge with a willingness to learn company applications
• Experience in a fast-paced environment; post-acute care experience preferred
