A critical illness recovery hospital is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for night shifts in Tallahassee, Florida. The position offers a competitive hourly range of $33.43 to $45.00 based on experience, along with a $20,000 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include patient admission, assessment, accurate documentation, and emergency response. Ideal candidates possess a valid RN license and certifications such as BLS and ACLS. Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
• BLS certification is required at hire.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
• Document patient information timely and accurately.
• Interpret assessment and diagnostic data including labs.
• Process medical orders accurately.
• Respond competently in Rapid Response and code situations.
• Provide instruction and counseling to patients and families.
