ClearSky Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Weatherford, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day shifts. You’ll deliver hospital-level care in a post-acute setting with 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends, contributing to our high-quality, patient-centered care.

Join a highly skilled interdisciplinary team to manage IV therapy, wound care, tracheostomy management, mobility support, and lines/tubes. TX RN license and BLS required; 1+ year acute care preferred; CRRN preferred.

Qualifications

• TX RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• 1+ year RN experience preferred (acute care helpful).
• CRRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospital-level nursing care in a post-acute setting.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within a healing environment.
• Administer IV therapy, wound care, and tracheostomy management.
• Support mobility and monitor lines, tubes, and drains.
• Collaborate with PT/OT/ST and physicians to coordinate care.
