ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Kenosha is seeking registered nurses to join our nationally ranked team. You will provide hospital-level care in a post‑acute setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support patients with complex medical needs.

Qualifications

• Current RN License (State of WI)
• BLS required
• 1+ year of experience preferred (Acute care a plus)
• CRRN preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide hospital-level clinical care in a post-acute/rehabilitation setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers)
• Manage IV therapy, surgical and wound care, tracheostomy, lines, tubes, and drains
