ClearSky Health in Texas is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospital-style unit. You will provide patient-centered care over 12-hour shifts, three days per week, with rotating weekends and holidays and added pay through shift differentials.

Ideal candidates hold an TX RN license, CPR, and ACLS/BLS certification, with 1+ year acute care experience. CRRN is preferred, supporting complex rehabilitation. Competitive benefits apply.

Are you a dedicated and results-driven nurse ready to make a real impact? Hours: 12-hour shifts; 7-7. Full Time: 3 shifts per week, with every other weekend expectation. PRN requirement: 3 shifts per month; 1 of the shifts must be a weekend shift (Sat/Sun). 1 major holiday must be selected to work. Base Compensation Range: $40.67-$48.53/hr depending on years of experience Shift Differentials: $3/hr on weeknights (Mon-Fri), $6/hr on weekend days (Sat/Sun), and $8/hr on weekend nights (Sat/Sun)

About the Role

This position offers a higher level of clinical care than typically found in post-acute or residential settings. Our facility delivers hospital-level services that are comparable to those provided on a medical-surgical unit. Our highly skilled interdisciplinary team is equipped to manage a wide range of complex medical needs, including intravenous therapy, surgical and wound care, tracheostomy management, mobility assistance, and the comprehensive oversight of lines, tubes, and drains. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a healing environment focused on optimal recovery.

Position Highlights at a Glance

• Average Patient Length of Stay: 10–14 days
• Conditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and more
• Team Approach: Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & more
• Advanced Care: IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains
• 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay)

What You’ll Need

• RN License (State of TX)
• CPR required | ACLS & BLS preferred
• 1+ year of RN experience preferred (Acute care a plus)
• CRRN preferred

Physical Requirements

• A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time.
• Both gross and precise motor functions.
• Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs.
• Possible exposure to bodily fluids.
• Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care.
• Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment.
• Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard.
