Job summary

ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Baytown, TX is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our hospital‑level care team. You will provide IV therapy, wound care, trach management, mobility assistance and lines, tubes, and drains management in a post‑acute setting.

The role offers 12‑hour shifts, 3 days per week, rotating weekends/holidays with differential pay, base compensation range $40.32–$47.52/hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Current TX RN license required.
• CPR required; ACLS/BLS preferred.
• 1+ year of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide IV therapy, wound care, and tracheostomy management.
• Perform mobility assistance and monitor lines, tubes, and drains.
• Collaborate with PT/OT/ST and other care teams.
• Deliver patient-centered care to support recovery.
