Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Order and manage medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed.
• Prepare and administer treatments and medications as ordered by physicians.
• Notify physicians and family when there is a change in resident condition.
• Deliver nursing services such as tube feeding, suction, catheterization, wound care, dressing changes, packs, and irrigations.
• Provide continuous observation and monitoring of seriously ill residents.
• Advocate for residents and ensure care aligns with care plans and personal wishes.
• Accurately complete required documentation and charting in a timely manner.
• Provide compassionate, professional nursing care to geriatric residents requiring 24/7 support.

What You'll Do:
