Job summary

Cascades at Orchard Park in Orem, UT is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time day shifts. You will manage medications, administer treatments, and monitor residents with a compassionate, team-driven approach.

We offer tuition reimbursement up to $500/month towards further nursing education, matching 401(k), medical/dental/vision/life insurance, and PTO. Exact days are discussed at interview with no weekend requirement.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and uphold long-term care regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Order and manage medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed.
• Prepare and administer treatments and medications as ordered by physicians.
• Notify physicians and/or family members when there is a change in resident condition.
• Deliver professional nursing services such as tube feedings, suction, catheterization, wound care, dressing changes, packs, and irrigations as necessary.
• Provide continuous observation and monitoring of seriously ill residents.
• Advocate for residents, ensuring that care aligns with care plans and personal wishes.
• Accurately complete required documentation and charting in a timely manner.
• Provide compassionate, professional nursing care to geriatric residents requiring 24/7 support.
