Job summary

Magnolia Wellness Center in St. Louis, MO is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring safety, comfort, and adherence to physician orders and facility policies.

You will administer medications and treatments, monitor and document resident conditions, collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team, support admissions and discharges, and maintain accurate records following facility procedures. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain).
• Nursing experience preferred (new grads welcome!).
• Strong teamwork & communication skills.
