Job summary

Magnolia Wellness Center seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being while following physician orders and facility policies.

Weekend and shift differentials are offered on top of regular wages. Full-time employment with comprehensive benefits, a supportive team, and opportunities for career growth are available.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Nursing experience is preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document and report changes in patient conditions and weight fluctuations.
• Follow procedures for incident reporting, narcotic counting, and pharmacy orders.
• Participate in rounds with physicians and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Update patient records including room changes, admissions, and discharges.
• Utilize Quality Life Manual to monitor patient progress in care programs.

Position Overview

As an RN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being while adhering to physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory guidelines. Your attention to detail and compassionate care will play a key role in the lives of our residents.
