Job summary

Regency Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time day shift in Oregon, OH. The schedule features 12-hour shifts from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm with weekend differentials and a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000.

A valid RN license and BLS are required; ACLS within 6 months of hire. You will provide direct patient care, document thoroughly, and participate in rapid response, admissions and transfers to support patient recovery goals.

Responsibilities

• This position requires the ability to pick up shifts at both our Sylvania and Oregon locations, as needed.
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Oregon, OH

Compensation: $38.90 to $52.37 Per Hour; Based on years of experience and Shift differentials on weekends

Minimum Qualifications
