Job summary

Menno Haven is seeking an RN for a full-time, non-exempt position in our Pennsylvania facility. The RN will help ensure the daily clinical operations of the nursing department meet residents' and team members' needs, administer medications and treatments as ordered, and perform resident assessments with critical thinking.

Supervisory responsibilities are included in this role. Required qualifications include an active PA RN license and CPR certification; prior experience in healthcare or senior

Our RN’s help to ensure the daily clinical aspect of the nursing department is functioning to meet the needs of residents and team members. Additionally, RN’s administer and provide medications/treatments as ordered, perform resident assessments and use critical thinking skills. This role does have supervisory responsibility.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active, RN license in PA
• Current CPR certified, required
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living, highly desirable
• Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude
• Must be a self-starter, able to work on a team and alone
