Job summary

Menno Haven is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide direct care, administer medications, and participate in assessments at Chambers Pointe Personal Care - Manor in Chambersburg, PA. This PRN, non-exempt role includes supervision of CNAs and a 5% shift differential.

Active PA LPN license and CPR certification required; prior healthcare or senior living experience preferred; ability to work independently or in a team; loyalty bonuses and perks available.

Qualifications

• Must have an active LPN license in PA.
• Current CPR certified, required.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living, highly desirable.
• Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude.
• Must be a self-starter, able to work on a team and alone.

Responsibilities

Description

PRN / Non-exempt / Pay based on experience / 5% shift differential

Our LPN’s provide care, support and assistance to the residents which includes but is not limited to: direct care, administering medications and participating in the assessment process. Additionally, our LPN’s will have supervisory responsibility of the Certified Nursing Assistant team members. This position will work as needed.

Qualifications:
