Job summary

Menno Haven in Pennsylvania seeks a qualified Community Nurse to support the health and well-being of Independent Living residents by addressing clinical needs, coordinating care, and providing guidance and education.

The ideal candidate holds a PA LPN license with 3+ years nursing experience, CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems; strong teamwork is required. Full-time, 7am–3:30pm, on-site with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Current PA Practical Nursing License (LPN) in good standing, required.
• Current CPR certification, required.
• Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record, required.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems, required.
