Job summary

Menno Haven in Chambersburg, PA seeks a PRN LPN to provide direct resident care, administer medications and participate in assessments. The role includes supervisory responsibilities of the CNA team and requires an active PA LPN license and CPR certification. Pay is based on experience with a 5% PRN differential; 24 hours per month and holiday coverage apply.

Our LPN’s provide care, support and assistance to the residents which includes but is not limited to: direct care, administering medications and participating in the assessment process. Additionally, our LPN’s will have supervisory responsibility of the Certified Nursing Assistant team members.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active, LPN license in PA
• Current CPR certified, required
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living, highly desirable
