Job summary

Menno Haven in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a Community Nurse to support the health and well-being of Independent Living residents. The role is full-time, on-site, non-exempt and paid based on experience.

The nurse will coordinate care, provide guidance and education, and address clinical needs in a supportive community setting. The candidate must hold an active PA LPN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, with at least 3 years of nursing

Qualifications

• Current PA Practical Nursing License (LPN) in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude.
• Self-starter, able to work on a team and alone.

The Community Nurse will be responsible for supporting the health and well-being of Independent Living residents by addressing clinical needs, coordinating care, and providing guidance and education.
