Job summary

St. Francis Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Full-Time NOC team. As a CNA on the overnight shift, you will provide quality resident care and support during the night.

We offer competitive pay ($22.00-$25.00 per hour DOE), full-time hours, and a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility, repositioning.
• Monitor residents during night and report changes to the licensed nurse.
• Respond to call lights and resident requests.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Document care and services provided accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and promote resident dignity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
