Harmony Utica Ridge is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team. You will ensure residents receive prescribed medications and nursing care per individualized care plans, perform assessments, and act as a team leader to advocate for residents.

To be eligible for consideration, applicant should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State ofIowa(or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.

As a Registered Nurse, RN you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Utica Ridge by ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
