As an RN with Illinois license and SNF supervisory experience, you will lead clinical operations, assess residents, and advocate for their needs, while maintaining our commitment to compassionate care and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Illinois RN license.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing facility.
• Prior supervisory experience required.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN). One (1) year of experience in a Skilled Nursing facility and previous supervisory experience required.

As a Nurse Manager you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Park Ridge by ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
