Job summary

Rydal Park, a HumanGood Life Plan Community in Jenkintown, PA, is hiring full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our compassionate care team. As an RN you will perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments, initiate care plans, supervise resident care, and coordinate with care partners to uphold safety and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Full-Time | 8 shifts per pay period
11:00 PM - 7:30 AM | Part-Time | 3 shifts per pay period or every other weekend only
PRN/Per Diem RNs

Pay: $37.00 - $44.00 per hour, based on experience

Generous shift and weekend differential pay!

A day in the life may include:

• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the residents’ daily life rhythm
• Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
• Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care
• Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current RN license in the state for which applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
• New grads are welcome!
