AMG Specialty Hospital - Albuquerque is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) with ICU/step-down experience to join a dedicated team in the Albuquerque, NM market.

The hospital offers a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus and strong benefits, including ESOP participation. This full-time role requires acute care experience, NM RN licensure, and current BLS/ACLS certifications. Shift differentials apply for night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse Licensure for the State of New Mexico.
• Acute care experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Able to communicate effectively and positively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the long-term acute care setting.
• Communicate patient condition changes and treatment responses with physicians and team.
• Assist with clinical procedures and patient monitoring per ICU/step-down protocols.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and documentation per hospital policies.

AMG Specialty Hospital - Albuquerque is offering a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus* for a FT Registered Nurse, RN for Nights with ICU/Step-down experience!

Ability to communicate with physicians, CCO/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision. Some of the medical conditions that are commonly treated include but are not limited to; Respiratory Failure requiring ventilation, vapotherm, high flow, bipap, cpap, and nasal cannula. Depending on the complexity of these patients, they can require sedation/pain management, pressor management, and cardiac/anti-arrhythmic management. Complicated infections requiring long-term IV antibiotics. Chronic non-healing wounds requiring extensive treatment with wound vacs and frequent dressing changes. RN's will be responsible for direct and indirect patient care in the long-term acute care setting.
