FutureCare is seeking talented Registered Nurses to join our Baltimore-area facilities. You will provide compassionate, high-quality resident care, upholding state and federal standards to promote health and safety for our residents.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or long-term health care facility a plus.
• Must possess a current CPR license.

• Assist in the delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice complies with state and federal guidelines.
• Review referrals for consultation, treatment or resolution of problems relevant to nurse plans.
• Evaluate and monitor resident responses to daily nursing care to meet care plans.
• Implement physician orders, nursing interventions and procedures as needed.
• Seek opportunities for professional growth and expanded responsibilities to maintain competency.

All employment offers will consider such factors as overall experience, job-related qualifications, location, certifications/training, etc.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting in the delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice provided is within State and Federal guidelines
• Review all referrals for consultation, treatment or resolution of problems are valid and applicable to the documented nurse plans
• Evaluate and monitor resident responses to daily implementation of nursing care to ensure the provision of resident care plans are met
• Implement physician’s orders, nursing interventions and procedures as needed for the care of the resident
• Seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain competency levels
• Set and implement goals and policies consistent with the philosophy and purpose of FutureCare’s nursing facility
