Job summary

Centurion is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join the team at Taylorville Correctional Center in Taylorville, Illinois. The RN will provide holistic nursing care within the required scope of practice, under the supervision of the DON and Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications include an Associate's degree, an Illinois RN license or the ability to obtain one, and CPR certification. Security clearance, drug screen, and background check are required.

We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our team at Taylorville Correctional Facility located in Taylorville, Illinois.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

Pay rate: $49.68/hr.+

Shift: Day shift - 5 8-hour shifts, weekend rotation

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree required
• Registered Nurse (RN) Illinois license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
