Job summary

Centurion is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join the team at Taylorville Correctional Facility in Taylorville, IL. The RN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of the Director of Nursing and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address a wide range of needs.

The position requires an Associate's degree, an Illinois RN license (or ability to obtain one), CPR certification, and the ability to obtain a security clearance including background

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) Illinois license or ability to obtain one required.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance including drug screen and background check.

We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our team at Taylorville Correctional Facility located in Taylorville, Illinois.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

Pay rate: $49.68/hr. + evening shift differential

Shift: Evenings - every other weekend, every other Monday and Thursday

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree required
• Registered Nurse (RN) Illinois license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
