Inova Oakville - Emergency Room in Alexandria, VA, is seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to join our team as part of our expansion in Northern Virginia. The 24/7 ER provides care to all ages with advanced tech, including CT, ultrasound, X-ray, and on-site labs.

Qualificações

• Minimum of one year of RN clinical experience in the acute care setting.
• BSN from an accredited school of nursing; if ADN, BSN within 5 years of start date.
• RN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia or eligible to practice as RN.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and caring demeanor.

Inova Oakville - Emergency Room is seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to join our team. Come be a part of our expansion in the Eastern Region of Northern Virginia! Eligible Nurses will qualify for sign on & relocation bonuses.

Full-Time, Mids Shifts (11a-11p & 1p-1a).During orientation will rotate through all shifts (Days, Mids, and Nights).

Inova Health Center – Oakville is our brand-new state-of-the-art health care facility in Alexandria, VA. Located in the Potomac Yard neighborhood, this outpatient facility includes a full-service emergency room, ambulatory surgery, imaging services, primary care and other medical offices.

• Full-service emergency room open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
• Staffed by board-certified emergency medicine physicians and specialized nurses
• Treating patients of all ages, in any emergency
• Advanced technology including CT scans, ultrasounds, X-rays, and laboratory testing

Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities:

• Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team.

• Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience:Requires a minimum ofone yearof Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting.
• Education:BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
• License:Must be RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN.
• Certification:BLS from American Heart Association
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to display a caring demeanor toward others

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strongly prefer 2 year plus of ED RN experience.
