Lifepoint Health, Inc. through Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital in Oklahoma City is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Float Pool (PRN). In this role you’ll cover varied shifts, support multiple units, and deliver safe, patient-centered care to diverse populations.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, an associate degree, BLS certification, and enjoys collaborative teamwork. BSN preferred; prior Med/Surg or rehab experience is valued.

Qualificações

• Current state RN license is required.
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing program.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• BSN preferred; Med Surg/Rehab experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments.

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a current state or compact state RN license and possess an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Licenses: Must have a current RN license.
• Education: Associate's degree required. BSN preferred.
• Previous Med Surg/Rehabilitation Experience Preferred
