As a Float Pool Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care across multiple patient care units, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. You will work as a versatile member of our nursing team who adapts to different clinical settings, including but not limited to medical-surgical, telemetry, intermediate care, and boarding patients in our emergency department. This position requires flexibility, critical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
As a Clinical Nurse, you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex. You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations, critically analyze trends and changes in patient status, and plan appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.
This position has a hiring range of $41.77 - $63.66.
