Job summary

Mercy invites seasoned Registered Nurses to join the float pool, with opportunities across units like Med/Surg, ICU, Telemetry, Stroke/Stepdown, Emergency, Behavioral Health, Oncology, and Neurology. You will deliver high-quality patient care and adapt to varying clinical needs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bedside RN experience.

Responsibilities include:

• providing patient care across multiple units such as Med/Surg, ICU, Telemetry, Stepdown, Emergency, Behavioral Health, Oncology, and Neurology, ensuring high-quality care and adaptability.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of bedside RN experience, current RN license, BLS certification, and a nursing degree (BSN preferred). Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, reach, and perform various physical tasks is required.
