Mercy South Float Pool is hiring Registered Nurses for full-time or part-time positions at 10010 Kennerly Road, St. Louis, MO 63128. You will float across multiple units, delivering patient care with flexibility and continuous learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of bedside RN experience.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in the state.
• BLS through the American Heart Association.
• Physical requirements: push/pull 50 pounds, prolonged standing/walking.

Responsibilities

• Float across multiple units including Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and more.
• Provide compassionate patient care across shifts and units.
• Adapt to unit needs, maintain high safety and quality standards.

Part-Time Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Full-Time Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

We offer flexible sign-on bonus options to fit your needs:

• Flexible, No-Contract Option: Bonus paid in four equal installments at 6, 12, 18, and 24 months.
• Upfront Payment Option: Receive 50% at start and the remaining 50% at 6 months with a 2-year commitment.

Flexible Scheduling Options:

• 12-hour shifts:7 AM - 7 PM or 7 PM - 7 AM
• 8-hour evening shifts:3 PM - 11 PM

Competitive Pay with Tiered Differentials:

• Tier 3 (Med/Surg):+$5.00/hr
• Tier 2 (Stepdown):+$7.50/hr
• Tier 1 (ICU):+$10.00/hr

Additional Shift Differentials:

• Evening: +$2.75/hr
• Night: +$4.60/hr
• Weekend: +$1.50/hr

Qualifications:

• Experience:1-2 years of bedside RN experience
• Education:Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
• License:Current RN license in the state
• Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association
• Physical requirements/demands:
  • Push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Prolonged standing and walking each shift
  • Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
