Job summary

Havasu Regional Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Float Pool RN for 3x12 night shifts in Lake Havasu City. Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus up to $15,000. Join a 171-bed acute care hospital dedicated to making communities healthier with strong teamwork and opportunities for growth.

Ideal candidates have an Arizona RN license with endorsement, ADN (BSN preferred), and 1–2 years of bedside or float pool experience. BLS is required; ACLS/PALS are a plus.

Qualifications

• Arizona RN license with endorsement required.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan-of-care interventions including medication administration and clinical treatments.
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals).
• Monitors and communicates patient condition to care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Floats throughout the building to support departments and staff.

How you'll contribute

AFloat Pool RN who excels in this role:

• Performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and related medical care.


• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals, psychosocial/spiritual support).


• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.


• Displays initiative and flexibility to float throughout the building to support departments and staff.

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license with Arizona endorsement, and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred


• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred


• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of beside RN required - Float Pool, Emergency or ICU experience; 2 to 4 years of critical care nursing preferred
