Job summary

Havasu Regional Medical Center in Arizona seeks a Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a 3x12, night shift. This full-time role offers a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for eligible candidates and opportunities to work across multiple acute care units within a supportive team.

Responsibilities include administering medications, coordinating care with transfers and discharges, and monitoring patient status. AZ licensure, ADN required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona or Compact State RN license with Arizona endorsement.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.

• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals, psychosocial/spiritual support).

How You'll Contribute

A Float Pool RN who excels in this role:

• Performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and related medical care.

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license with Arizona endorsement, and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred
• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of beside RN required; 2 to 4 years of critical care nursing preferred
