Job summary

Havasu Regional Medical Center is seeking an Emergency Services RN for the night shift to provide direct patient care in a high-acuity ED. Join a team that emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and exceptional patient care.

Candidates should have an AZ RN license (or compact state) and ADN; BSN preferred. BLS is required, with ACLS/PALS and other certifications welcomed. 1+ year ED/critical care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Arizona or Compact State with Arizona endorsement.
• ADN from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, TNCSS and Handle with Care preferred.
• 1+ years ED or critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department using the nursing process per standards of practice.
• Monitor and communicate patient status to care team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborate across disciplines for transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license with Arizona endorsement and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school.
