Job summary

Havasu Regional Medical Center is seeking an Emergency Services RN to join our 24/7 ED team in Arizona. You will provide direct patient care, monitor patients, and collaborate with physicians and other staff to ensure timely, high-quality care in a high-acuity environment.

Applicants should have an Arizona RN license, ADN, BLS, and eligible for ACLS/PALS; BSN preferred. The role offers a 3x12 schedule, mid-shift, with rotating weekends and holidays and a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Arizona RN license with endorsement required.
• ADN in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
• 1+ year ED or critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department using nursing process.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient condition to care team and family.
• Collaborate across disciplines for transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial needs.

A Emergency Services RN who excels in this role:

• Provides direct patient care in the Emergency Department using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license with Arizona endorsement and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Certifications: ACLS, PALS, TNCSS and Handle with Care preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years ED or critical care experience preferred
